hello guys... i just wondering, how can a website where have good position for PR 3 and now when i check again to the website...i shock when see the PR change into PR 1 how this thing can be happend..and truly, this is my friend site, not mine... i check the PR site on 2 ways.. first on google toolbar PR second on mypagerank.net and sorry i cant give the url site... so..can anyone can give some explanasion thanks ..
Without knowing the site, nobody can give you an accurate answer. It could be that he lost many of his back links or that the sites he is linked from lost some of their PR juice.
Bad neighborhood and loosing a lot links in link popularity. There is another reason too that happened with one of my clients websites. Long time not updating

I don't know what you mean with "What i did wrong" but from what i see it is getting a pagerank update and is passing from PR N/A to PR2
One thing i have noticed important is that we all got keep on generating new backlinks regularly. If number of backlinks remain constant, the PR and SERPs would eventually fall in the long run
I had only few backlinks listed on Google when we check it through Google toolbar. but its not a single one there...
I see a gray bar on worldwebatlas so i presume something is really wrong... but on checking the site listing i realize that you are probably not banned (at least not yet). so dont worry. And well there seems to be no links to your site!!! so a PR 0 is probably awaited. Sorry looks like all your links were taken
Google PR is on update now. I maintain more than 50 websites and i found that almost 20% are dropping in PR , but getting higher in SEPR
