    Follow the SEO for your site and get as much backlinks as you can. Can do bookmarkings in the top PR sites these will help you a lot.....

    backlinks are useless if they come from a low pagerank site, so to maximize your backlinking effort, it's better if you go for sites that have a high pagerank. there are a lot of tools that can tell you what a site's PR is, especially if you're using firefox.

    First thing you do is On-site optimization. Get the right keywords you want to target and place it in your sites Title, Meta tags & Body contents with the right keyword density. Then do Off-site optimization. That is more on building links such us submitting to directories, blogging, forum posting, classifieds posting, and many others.
