How Can One Make Adwords Work?

    school, I don't think it matters because most of the click I get are for good keywords anyway. The weakers one just sit at bottom of the keyword list.

    That's what i was originally doing as well. Guess what i should have added, was that i set the top 2 keywords at a high enough cpc that they would appear high on the first page and left the others alone. By doing this i started receiving alot more clicks, because these were the most highly searched keywords and i wasn't wasting my fixed daily budget on keywords that i only received very minimal impressions on. Basically, the auto cpc spreads your daily budget out evenly, so you're putting the same emphasis on all keywords. I should have been clearer in the previous thread..sorry.

    If you are getting lots of visitors and no sign ups perhaps your advert is too general

    I agree johnsam. I try to keep my ads fresh by updating and running variations frequently.

    My ad is fine. Pretty specif to the keywords as is the site.
