How can one know if a site does nofollow before submitting link?

    You should try SeoQuake. It has an option to "line-through" nofollow and noindex links.

    can also look at the source code I use SeoQuake.

    simple way just installed SEO plugin through http://tools.seobook.com/firefox/seo-for-firefox.html
    in Mozilla Firefox browser. When u open any site through this where ever no follow link it will be highlighted with red color.
    Also u can check it out source code. but u will be get perfect idea by installed SEO plug in that which link are no follow or do follow.
