Hi guys, I get some backlinks with .edu high PR (about 5-7) but my sites don't up to PR5 My first site PR 4 and I try do get many good backlinks from high PR sites but it still PR4. while other site PR0 and just launched last month, now it's PR3. please, give me some tips to get PR5.
PR completely depends on dofollow back links,so try to get dofollow back links from High PR pages,it's not necessary that back links should be from Edu or Gov sites when your aim is to get PR.But getting back links from high PR reputed sites is an additional advantage. I think PR5 is achievable but it needs strong link building.
Yes it is possible You require just ONE PR7 link and make sure that the PR7 site doesnot have many outgoing links. Also get atleast 3 or 4 PR6 backlinks and you will easily get PR5 in the next update. I got PR5 for one of my new site which as n/a just before this last update. Remember, whenever you try to get a backlink for your blog/site (even by do-follow blog comments) you have to first check the number of outgoing links for that particular site. As the number of outgoing links get divided equally and the link juice is divided among those links.
Please check this out 1. How many outbound links on those .edu PR5-7 pages? The more number, the more PR divided 2. How many inbound links on those .edu PR5-7 pages have? 3. Is your link position in header, sidebar or footer?
You can Follow these methods..: 1- Getting Backlinks from the site having PR of 7 or more and that to relevant links.\ 2- High Quality content updation on daily basis. 3- Using RSS feeds, Share this and other SMO techniques on your website 4- You can try out Google Ad-words for some months to get traffic and then keeping them loyal by regular interaction. 5- Error free website. No HTML will be good if you get it HTML validated. 6- More pages on web, more authority will be there for you in there. 7- And last thing A lot of time, Google won't easily provide you with PR5 This will do ..!!!
It is much easy to get PR 5. All you need is to get more and more quality and relevant back links to your sites.
Just keep on building links from high pr authority sites in a steady pace..Also frequently add fresh content to your website. If possible join as a author in some authority article websites like suite101.com and hubpages.com and post some good, unique articles (not used in your website or other article sites). You can add your website link in your profile page. It will give you credibility.
Yes, you need some quality do follow backlinks for that. Its very much easier to get upto PR of 4, to get 5 you need some patience too.
Go to BST and spend a lot of money on a quality PR 6-7 link with as little OBL on the page as possible!
You've probably worked hard on that site...but the only answer to your question is to keep doing what your doing, and hey, maybe work even harder than you are now. Of course, there might be problems like you're only using one kind of backlinks, try varying it some more. Use RSS feeds, do follow blogs, articles, video, etc...they don't all have to be do follow, and that just gives your site a good consistency and naturality(I know, not a word) to your site. But otherwise, keep doing what you're doing, you'll get it there soon. It'll probably get harder to up your PR as your website raises in well...PR. So simply keep doing what you're doing, you'll get there. But I do wonder why you care so much about the PR of your site, I understand backlinking for ranking reasons, but for PR? I don't see the reason to worry about that, worry about your rankings on the SERPs, the PR will come with that in due time. Not that pagerank is THAT important.
You need many high PR links like from sites having PR7 and PR8, and also you need to have many one-way do-follow links to your site, to make able get PR5.
If PR boost is the primary concern by you, so attempt acquiring some higher PageRank links from quality resources. At some points the only possible option could be purchasing some links from directories and other similar resources.
As every one is saying, you should try building strong back-links from reputed sites. I will suggest you to just wait and want, as it may take a long time for your site to get value from particular back-link, may be month or two or three, and it also depends on Google's next pr update schedule. SO, don't worry, if back-links are there, you will surely get the benefits, not today then tomorrow...
You have to get more and more backlinks from high relevant sites which will increase the page rank of your website when google crawler update your website next time.
