How Can My Paypal payment page not show my email?

Hey everyone,

first time ive ever used paypal to sell a product. I setup a link but it shows my email on it twice and id rather use a business name or something so I dont receive any spam.

Any paypal experts here? thanks.

It would only show your email address to those who are buying your services, correct? This is necessary if a customer needs to contact you for support or refunds.

Hey Kevin,

I can provide them with my email after they purchase. My paypal email isn't my support email. And ive seen lots people who have there business name or there name instead of there paypal email all over the payment page. If it appeared after they paid it wouldn't be an issue but it's there before they purchase.

Never tried it but i think thats simple

- Login To Your Account And then Click Profile
- Under Selling Preferences you will see "Custom Payment Pages"
- Click add and fill the form

 

Hey thanks for the suggestion. I checked it out and it allows you to customize but it wont allow me to change to a biz name or different email.

It allows you too add a custom logo i suppose try that

 

yea you can add an custom logo which will replace your email in the header, But your real name and email address will be visible to your buyers. You cannot hide that information. You can add another email though ( something like / ) if you want to keep your email private. ( check add / edit email address , you can have 8 of them )
