    If paypal is not available for you, you should look for the ad networks which pay by check, wire or any other methods. You can try textlinkads.com. You can have a mastercard there and withdraw your earnings from any ATM. Same card is available at 2checkout which will be a good alternative to Paypal. Linkworth.com pays via wire. Adbrite.com pays by check. Most of the CPA networks pay by check.
