how can it possible?

    some days before i found a username which has been banned ...but yesterday i found the same user name where he has not been banned... how can it possible? why did they let him to login again?may i know what all the conditions to unban a banned person?

    It could be a certain length ban or an infraction expired.

    Probably just got banned for doing something wrong for awhile. Lot's of people should be getting banned for making useless posts, if they're not getting banned they should be!
