Increase content via adding more and more articles every day.Post only quality content,blend your Adsense Ad block with your blog colour,visit to another bogger's blog of your interest and comment on their post if you realy like.Participate in this forum to increase knowledge about Adsense.
First of all Your design isnt really going along with the "teaching, studies, Exam preparation courses" topic of yr Blog.Get a nice clean theme, there are loads of blogger themes available. [Just google it out for "free blogger themes] Then Blend you ads with your theme color scheme, and try promoting your blogs with SEO techniques and get some nice static traffic, and of course post unique content on regular basis as well. Surely money will flow your way. Good luck mate.
In order for Google not to close your Adsense account one day, I would change the caption 'mechanical issues' to something like 'sponsors'. Google might consider that caption misleading.
