How can increase increase SERP?

I want to know what should i do after doing keyword research?

For example, I have selected long tail keywords. "Data entry work from home".
Will I promote my homepage URL for that keyword or the specific pages for the keywords?

Just describe what is procedure of increasing SERP?

now you want lots of links with "Data entry work from home" tag from different websites (e.g. blogs) around the world. The page you will link to you need to be indexed (or become indexed) in google and preferably not adding rel="nofollow" to the user posted links

you probably need to promote the most appropriate page for that keyword combination

 

get some relevant link-backs... Thats how i was able to get good positioning.

 

There are about 74000 searches on this long tail keyword "Data entry work from home", You need not same amount of working but still required some serious work to promote this keyword on first page and first 3 numbers on Google. My suggestion is never use the long keyword for home page , Home page is most easy to target either on blogs or directories , used long tail keywiords for inner pages specially in their title and description.

 

If its truly a long tail keyword, you would want to optimize your page by varying the phrases a couple times in the copy or headers. Or you can just make a new page and optimize the title tag with a couple variations of the desired keyword.
