    Hi I would like to ask a question to all members "How can indentify google banned dir or site" during direcotry submission?

    I think he means he wants to check wether a site has been banned from google before adding it to his dir. You could use the search API with the site: command and if you get no results it is either banned or not listed yet.

    I would run this check after a site has been listed in your dir for a couple of months. If you still get no results from G it is probably banned.

    Just install the google toolbar in your system. open his site. If it shows
    a grey bar in pagerank then it means it is banned.

    Linking to 'bad' areas is frowned upon by Google. Broken links point toward a poorly maintained website which may not be one of the 10 best websites to point their searchers towards.

    Google certainly sees the sites they've banned as 'bad' websites.
