Hello, Can anyone tell how can we informed supposed google has updated their algorithms and search policies? Your Advice will be appreciated. Thanks,
Search engine Algorithms are TOP SECRET, if one knows then theres not point in spending tons of money in advertising. and by the way i love your website tcyonline.com
google doesn't share such things with the public... The seo experts predict it by trial and error method...
The only way you would know is if you had like 200 websites and you tracked the sites performance on a daily basis. The only thing you can do is to keep reading updated material from the experts and to keep a close eye on your own sites. I get pretty frustrated with Google and don't understand why they do what they do. But you could always get traffic other ways.
If you find your listing appearing for unusual keywords or your listing disappearing for regular keywords then it becomes easy to understand that something new has been implemented.
No one really knows, except for Google them self.. However, reading other famous and popular blogs of some seo experts might give you an idea of some changes
As I know, it depends on your site updating frequence . If your page updating frequently, google think the page is important and will update it frequently. I used to find one site of mine was updated everyday by googlebot in webmaster tools panel .
Here is what you do, create a heap of site "but" you promote most them with only one method. One with just links from article directories, one with just links from footers and so on. This way you can not only track algo changes, but see what scoring methods Google has tweaked.
Google is all the time updating its algorithm, even several times a day and that is why many people are experiencing a lot of rankings fluctuations.
We know it has been changed recently, for sure. We don't know what the change is. I don;t think anybody know for sure except google themselves.
Subscribe tru RSS feed of some popular "SEO experts", cause you know these SEO experts attends SEO conference.. or you might alos get some early info from them if they notice one..
these are never disclosed, although Google does make reference to general changes through Matt Cutts Blog
