I'm getting a new biz under way and totally forgot about putting a link to a TOS page. Where can I start out by at least learning all about TOS and also how to write one?

Each site should likely have a different TOS - there is no such thing as a standard tos that is going to cover everything. You can start by looking at other "big" sites TOS that are in the same niche and try to put something together in your own words - but to do it correctly, you should have an attorney draft it. If you ever have a problem, you'll regret not spending the money to have it done right. To learn how to properly do it yourself, you could go to college and then spend three years in law school.

Looking at what others are doing can help. I would say as mjewel said: Do it in your own words. When I want to write TOS and EULA, I look at what others are doing. There are common recurring things that are easy to write. There are also models of this. Mainly they cover the common parts. For the rest, you should add yourself.
