How Can i Withdraw Money From Paypal With out Using Xoom

Xoom is not working for me. they did'nt proceeds my transactions.

is there any alternatives to withdraw money to indian bank.

or

is there any site which i can transfer paypal fund's to liberty reserve or alertpay..

I meant payoneer as an alternative for paypal. Sorry for being unclear. And Xoom worked for me just fine.

xoom once cancels your transcations and after that whatever u do it doesnt work..it just cancels automatically

 

You are right if xoom cancels a transaction then after xoom not work anymore to you. it just cancls automatically.
