How can I win a dispute if...

    Hello,

    I'd like to know if I could win a dispute if:
    Somebody send me 15$ on paypal ( for service ) and then decides to fill a dispute,
    note 1: he has nothing to say except that he just didn't receive service

    note 2:
    I am unverified seller on paypal ... so i dont have sellers protection
    The buyer is also unverified

    it dont matter whether your verified or not... but its really hard to win a dispute at paypal for service since you cannot provide any proof or sending the product... this is why i stopped using paypal... now no one can setup a dispute on me nor they can take the money back from me once they pay me... because chargeback and reversal is not allowed...

    well, you stand no chance.. you cant win this dispute how hard you may try..

    you may stand a chance if you send a paypal invoice..
