How can I view old PayPal dispute messages?

I've been looking around for ages now trying to find the old messages of PayPal disputes.

I can see the basic details e.g date, email address, name, amount of money. What I want to see is the messages which went made between me and the other person.

Is there any way of doing this?

No, I thought I'd try here first. It takes almost an hour to get through to them and you have to pay by the minute.

 

Ah yeah fair enough. Well you should be able to see them in your disputes page unless that dispute has been closed down then its gone forever I think.

 

Yes, the disputes were closed. They happened last year (about 9 months ago).

 

If you have the email that you got from the case you should be able to go to the resolution center and enter in the case id.but paypal is weird and sometimes it will only show you cased from the last 15 days.So you best bet is to other try and enter in the id that was on the email paypal sent you during the dispute or simply call them as ask.
