    Honestly you can not use paypal in Pakistan.
    But you can use paypal by different address. It is risky.
    Paypal is checking address verification also after creation of account in 1 or 2 years.

    try to find a foreign friend who can give you service of paypal for free.. :) thats good method
    you can also use moneybookers becoz Pakistani banks offer service of MB

    No,you cannot use paypal in pakistan as Paypal is not supported by your country so better try to go for best PAYPAL alternatives like 2checkout or Plimus which accepts payments from paypal.

    Don't get in tothe Paypal. and spend $99 on 2co or Authorize.net and get your own account for successful payments in Pakistan
