hello guys, i have a website representing my textile indenting agency. i wanted to use that website to earn money through adsense. can anyone tell me if it is good idea and how should i go about it? can you suggest some ideas what kind of content should i add on that website?
It's not a good idea. Because Adsense or any third party ads can redirect the visitors to the competitors.
If you are trying to sell a service or a product, Adsense will only distract them from your real goal. It will take them off your site while your goal is to keep them there ( to sign up for an email list, purchase a service or product, etc.)
agree. it will just stray them to somewhere else insead of staying on your page and buy your service or product.
Ads on business sites proof unprofessionalism I wouldn't work with a company that has ads on it's presentation site ...
Adsense will work better in a content based website. You can start a content website relating to your service. Do some research and see what your industry need. If there is a need, then work on supplying the content needed. It takes a while. Once you start having traffic to your content site, then you can think of advertising. Adsense on a service based website is not a good idea.
First aim to earn money through website is to increase the traffic of your website for that do some research on your website and find out what people exactly need. After that you can place a good content on your website and hide some ads on your content is a best way. Usually people are using google adwords and adsense to make money online from their websites but if you have a shopping website then traffic is very important role in google adwords and adsense. It's okay. Everyone does it. Amazon has external ad links. Buy.com has external ad links. If people don't buy your products, at least they might click on ad links and you can earn that way.
Sites like Amazon and Buy can manage this because they get such a tremendous amount of traffic. I wouldn't recommend it. There's a reason that sites like newegg don't have any.
Yeah, you kinda should choose whether you gonna succeed in being representative of "textile indenting agency" or whether you gonna build marketing portal
