How Can I Use Masspay In This Case ?

    Hi ,

    My Paypal account is originally made from Azerbaijan country . According to the rules of PP I can not receive any payment , Im only allowed to send payment . Lol

    So always my balance is 0 and I have to use funds in my CC . The funny point is that I can see masspay option in my account and it is enabled for me . As you may know masspay mode is only working with current balance . So how can I use this feature while my balance is always 0 ?!

    This might be a glitch from PayPal. Everyone knows that you can not send a mass payment using Credit Card funds.

    No chance you can send a mass payment.
