how can i use google adwords?

    i just recived a google adwords coupon of 70$ .:( but i don't have a credit card .....because (here) it works only in the national zone so it's a wast of time to get it

    You cant then, I dont know why google has done this they sent me 2 vouchers my account has been registered for years and they can only be used on NEW accounts less than 14 days old- WHY?
