How can I use adwords account from Pakistan

Hi,
I am trying many time to make new adword account but each time there is not accepted my credit card while this card is accepted in another adword account which was operate from Australia.

Can you guys tell me is google not allowed new account in Pakistan ?

 

Any one have idea about that? I am still waiting of your replies.

 

I think the problem in credit card, becouse i think u can't use one credit card for two accounts.

I have applied many credit cards while these credit cards working on other places but in adwords did not approved I think this problem is only in Pakistani's accounts ?

i think you cant bcoz google may not allow pakistan visa or master cards..

Debit cards are not working for Google Adowords so don't use it after review it become suspended well UBL vis card is allow only
