I have a guitar lesson blog with PR 2. How can I effectively use this blog to drive traffic to the blog and to my other website (PR 1) that is connected to it? Possibly I could invite guest blogs. These blogs might become popular and get connected to social networking sites. In addition, it might improve the credibility of the blog if people commented on the blog posts. If the blog is totally do follow then that would encourage such posts. My goal is 1000 or 2000 visitors a day to my web site (not the blog alone) and now there are around 150 people coming in each day (to the web site not the blog which has a different domain name). If figure a blog would get more people to buy the affiliate product since people would visit the blog more than once. The more people see the same thing then the more likely they are to buy. Of course there is this thing about rapidly changing content. But I have a forum to get changing content for the web site. But maybe the changing content on the blog helps my web site too though the blog has a different domain name.
