how can i upgrade the pixels of quality of an already taken photo??

How can i upgrade the pixels of quality of an already taken photo?? or improved the quality at least? advice and links to free tools please?

 

You couldn't really make it better than the actual image taken, other than maybe smooth the pixels together...

The images which worked on pixel programs, can't improve them alot.

 

I will keep an eye on this thread. This truly the usual problem.

 

1) you can correct colour balance
2) you can sharpen detail
3) you can remove blemishes
4) you can correct the levels (contrast)
5) You can apply effects
6) you can crop or extend the background

 

u can't do so.

 

u cannt upgrade that
u just can do some action with your photo.
