I need to update awstats for all accounts in the cpanel server. I can update one account awstats through /scripts/runweblogs <user> but unable to find updates for all accounts. I ran /scripts/upcp but not updated. Anyone have idea to update for all accounts?

Yes, and it indeed calls /usr/local/cpanel/cpanellogd which cPanel uses to update the stats of all the domains. You can also schedule it from

Too many accounts and large log files overloads the server when stats are being updated, so it's good to schedule them during off hours.
