How can I transfer my paypal funds using xoom?

    I want to transfer funds in my paypal account to my bank account in india through xoom. If I do that then will xoom demand any proof like PAN Card. I dont have PAN Card yet, can I still withdraw my paypal funds to my bank account or my house address in india through xoom?

    Yes u can transfer ur Paypal funds to ur bank account or u can also request a cheque from XOOM.To best of my knowledge they dont ask for any PAN card verification.They may call u just for some verification.

    You have to sign up there :) but if pick up :( I think they might not process (60%) :( but if bank account, 100% they will process
