    Depends where you live. For me in Australia, if the withdrawal is below $150 there's a $1 fee.

    Isn't Hyderabad in India ? The only option to withdraw directly to your Indian bank account is through Xoom. If you withdraw directly from Paypal, Check is the only option.

    I guess if you accumulate more funds then it makes the fees looks smaller by comparison.

    Indian paypal users cant withdraw paypal amount to a bank account as there is no option for adding bank there :p You have only withdraw through requesting check from them or send it through xoom to yourself.

    By the way guys, Is transferring money through Xoom legal ? I mean does Paypal allows that method ? There has been contradictions in this forum for this issue.... I have been of the opinion that only cheque withdrawal method is suitable for Indians. Even if the money is transferred through Xoom, there could be tax issues later on. Any take on this?

    I know of a way to get $ from pp to anywhere(xoom, bank, wu, egold) its not 100% legit but if you're not doing stupid things you'll b fine. This method will work with any pp account. The trick is to start small and don't do outragous amounts that will cause eyebrows to raise. works in any country as far as i know. it may take 4-5 days at the most to get $ from pp acc all the way to you. pm me with "pp info" for more details. don't rply here as i prolly won't see it

    You need to add your local bank account number into your paypal account first.
    After adding your local bank account, it is very easy for you to transfer from paypal to your local bank.
