How can i Trademark domain ? The entire process.

    Hello Guys

    I am interested in trademarking my domain. What is the procedure i need to follow ? Also, are residents of all countries allowed to do domain trademark ? I am from Asian Country nepal. I will surely search this using google and other medium but would like to know if you are already experienced. :cool:

    first search in TM database. if the domain name is general keyword TM may be denied

    The trade mark operates only on territory of the country, for example in USA is TM the given company and in nepal is not present and accordingly ТМ is free and it is possible to register. But it is necessary not to forget about that that TM has the priority approach to that to take away domain even if the given company register TM later!
