How can I track this conversion?

My site is called www.comparebookies.com/free-sports-bets.

Is it possible to track when someone clicks on a banner? I'm just having problems deciding how to track ppc conversions for my site.

Has anyone got any recommendations?

you can use some script which is called tracking script. just search in google. if not wrong i met those some somewhere before.
