How can I submit W-8BEN form to Amazon Affiliate Program?

    I'm a foreign Non-US resident and didn't find any information concerning W-8BEN form on their affiliate program site: https://affiliate-program.amazon.com

    I'm sure I must first fill out and submit a W-8BEN form to them or I won't be able to receive the earnings. But how can I do this? They didn't even ask me to though I'm apparently from another country. Where (What address) should I send this form to them?

    Ask your AM, normally you can either email it or fax it

    Thanks for the reply but I don't think they have assigned me an AM. I'm just starting out at around 20 referrals a month, pretty slim.

    I contacted them by the feedback form but they replied me to ask me to fill out an W8ECI form which is absolutely not what I need.

    I believe I need W8BEN form right?
