But I don't know where can I start? We are now giving offshore service at only our country (Turkey). and we don't have any experience in global business. How can I start to assess my team? You know you can be successful in a business that depends on how you start. I think that, starting from giving custom design service at freelance networks/forums will be a good idea. I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do with the team. How do you want to assess your team? Are you looking to grade their performance? Looking to place leaders? Are you wanting to classify some as general designers and others as high end developers? Sometimes setting the goals and working backwards can help. As far as marketing you may give away free templates at first and build your linkbacks and get traffic flowing. Then open up a premium section with customization available. Nice domain by the way.
That fast you can design 5 theme in a single day. But do take note that don't compromise with the theme quality. You can make a website specially to sell those theme. Or you can go to freelance site to bid for web designing job.
