Collect emails from a site register/login page. Then find yourself a cheap service that will help prevent you from getting listed as a spammer. We use Vertical Response - its not the cheapest but we like it-easy to use. Create your campaign and send it. You can buy email lists but usually you have to use the list providers email service so you don't get to keep the emails for re-use.
I think all you need is to sell access to autoresponder service. All you need do is to sell subscription to people. Or you could sell the service itself and make good money. The best method is to 1.) Set Up A Squeeze Page 2.) Offer a high perceived value incentive for signing up (free report, audio, video, e-course etc.) 3.) Drive Traffic to the squeeze page (PPC, Article Marketing, Blog, Social Bookmarking etc.) 4.) Market to the list, but also provide them with free, valuable information. If you treat your list well they will provide you with profits for months or years.
