You'll need a lot of traffic, a google adsense account, and a lot of luck if this is your first website.
I would not waste my time on Myspace resource site. there are way too many out there to begin with. My best advice is to make niche layouts for certain audiences. This will get some regular users. Make unique content and lots of it. As far as $100 a day goes, the only sites ive seen earn that much were the ones that got in the market early. If you want to use just a regular script that is like everyone else, i would just find some other site. To make some decent dough in this field, there will need to be a lot of work involved.
