I would have to agree with everyone on the exercise part but I would add some ice cream at the end of the night right before bed. Not to much though, half a cup should be plenty. You'll sleep like a baby then.
The only thing you need to prevent before sleeping is Don't even drink any alcoholic related products, or it will greatly affected your sleeping quality...
I don't think food is the issue more then the vitamins. Vitamins will keep you awake at night, especially if they're tailored with nutrients made to sustain energy throughout the day. Try taking any vitamin supplements in the morning (that includes your omega's). If that doesn't help try any of these things : A cup of Chamomile tea meditation (sit in a quiet space for 15 min. close your eyes and think of sleepy sounds and sites like laying on the beach with the sounds of waves...) write stuff down before you go to bed... works for me, plus I'm not trying to remember what I was thinking about before I went to bed...some of my best idea's come to me when I'm half asleep...sound weird, but true. Maybe because my mind is completely relaxed...

Try not to think difficult things when you want to go to sleep...try thinking happy thought about what you're going to do tommorow. Make yourself comfortable in bed and do what you like to do before sleep.

You don't mention your whole day routeen and its good to know you do some workout. Daily work keep you healthy and fit and its good to sleep tight. The most important thing is don't take tension just do your work and forgot. Tension not good for health and if you put on lots of pressure how can you sleep.
