You just need to sign up adsense. You can use adsense for domain once you get approved by adsense

    Dear Jalpari

While taking part in the AdSense program and using AdSense for domains you're responsible to keep up to date with and stay in accordance to the policies which are as follows.

    • Invalid Clicks and Impressions
    • Encouraging clicks
    • Domain URL
    • Trademark Process
    • Site and Ad Behavior
    • Keywords
I suggest you to head out through AdSense for Domains Program Policies article inside AdSense Help › Help articles › Products and features › AdSense for domains to get an insight description of all the above mentioned Policies.

I believe it’ll help you to find an answer/ solution to your question/ problem easily.
