How can I sign up with adsense for domains?

is it now available? I can't find any links about adsense for domains in my adsense account

 

You just need to sign up adsense. You can use adsense for domain once you get approved by adsense

I can't find adsense for domains in my adsense setup. also i use your links https://www.google.com/adsense/afd-settings but my firefox return 404 error not found.
