This might sound like a stupid question but I'm hoping
someone has a smart answer. See I'm a Google Adwords
Specialist and I manage PPC Accounts for clients and
I would like to offer my new clients free promo codes
on opening new accounts.

Is there a Reseller page on Google somewhere that I
need to register on? How does someone get these
codes to give out to their clients?
