How can i sign up to Microsoft adCenter user

    I am come from china.I want to join Microsoft adCenter.but now when i sign up.the payment info only Credit Card.It havn't paypal.So i can't sign up.
    How can i do? anyone can help me?

    Adcenter don't do Paypal. You need a credit card

    Today credit cards are very common and the banks are competing to cater credit cards.Currently, Microsot adCenter accepts the following types of credit VISA ,MasterCard ,American Express .So you can wait until you own any one of them.
