How Can i sign up for worldpay?

I went to www.rbsworldpay.com tried to open a merchant account, got redirected to worldpay.us I look everywhere for sign up url..Can anyone please tell me what can i do to get an account to use for my eCommerce sites?

 

well if you are from US, UK, GERMANY, FRANCE and said continents well you can sign up directly. let me know then
