How can I show users multiple different Wordpress themes?

I'm going to be selling some wordpress theme variants based on the wordpress theme I am currently using on my blog.

The question I had is what can I do to set it up so that people can view live demos of the themes on my blog?

I'd prefer to not just provide pictures of what it will look like. So if anyone can recommend a way to do this (plugin perhaps) I would appreciate it.

This guy is able to do it at his blog:

Click the link half way down the page.

    Thanks!

I agree, why install WordPress separately when you can use a theme switching plugin?

I haven't heard of Theme Switcher Reloaded before, but I have used a similar plugin called just "Theme Switcher" which you can download here: http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/wiki/ThemeSwitcher

It can be useful if we create a subdomain say mobile.mysite.com and use a theme that is mobile optimised

I would like to know more on how to do this though, any one gotta link to a tutorial or something ?
