How Can I Setup Uploading Default Image Size for Wordpress?

    I'm currently using WP 2.9.2.

    For me, the default uploading images sizes is too big, I hate resizing it manually, however, I do KNOW it's possible to edit some part of WP .php script and it would automatically shrink the pics every time I upload, this cut workloads by a 1000% if you know what I mean :D.

    Anyways, could someone show me how to get the default uploading sizes down to 80px by 110px please.

    You can change this setting in the Settings -> Media menu or follow this tutorial.
