How can I setup menu bar in by blog?

    I have a Latest Hot news blog. I want to build up menu bar in by blog. But I don't know the HTML code and system please inform me the system.

    Hai,

    If your are using wordpress, please go to the Setting option using your WP-Admin login.
    Navigate to yousite/wp-admin/nav-menus.php --> You can find it in the appearance options.

    There you will have options to set menu bar in different ways.

    If not wordpress then I will suggest that using custom made HTML menu is better.
