How can I setup a subscribe to feature box just at the top of my theme

Hello experts need your help again,

I want to setup a blog's subscription feature box just below the categories nav menu in my blog http://inspireyourway.com

Please let me know how can I do that, I am using a premium theme I can edit it. just dont know what to include.

I am planning to provide premium wordpress themes for free with every subscription, so the subscription box should be at a place where every one first sees it.
