I want to set up a site like this one using one of my sub domains??? .....can anyone help me through this??? I found a site which can make it like the above one....but the thing is that I have 0 experience in php and coding stuffs soo need someone's help....more than one will also do.... The fastest way would be to use content curation software and use it to add content everyday. Then install an "Upload" button so users can upload their own stuff.
Some of 9gag clones in my country developed their websites based on tumblr & wordpress. I dont know how they done it, but i hope this will help you in selection and where to start your project.
you just use the PHP cms frameworks like Drupal, Wordpress etc. It is very suitable for this type of web sites.
I think you can go to odesk/freelancer/elance and post a project and get the right person to make it ryt that site...!!
