I have done blog commenting,forum posting,directory submission in yahoo and Bing Search engines. But my site is not visible anywhere in yahoo and Bing. How can i SEO my site for yahoo and bing?
How long time you submit your site in Bing and Yahoo take long time in index.you get less traffic by yahoo and bing. i think you should submit your site in google and get better result, because much traffic came to google.
Submit your site url in yahoo directory by sign in. By this step yahoo will index your site in its database. And for bing add your url to bing and continue with your all seo activities, hopefully you will get rank on yahoo and bing.
You should also SEO for Bing and Yahoo - good idea! Despite Google having approximately 85-86 % global share, in the US that's far lower... Being among the top 10 in Bing and/or Yahoo can help tremendously... You could squeeze out thousands of clients from there! Right now Yahoo has a partnership with Bing and in fact it's Bing that's running the "big engine" for serving Yahoo Search. The latter only adds its criteria for listing in the SERPS, but the base mechanism is now run by Bing. Now... I think that if you get listed in the Yahoo Directory, that would help. In the past Yahoo used to list those ahead of others (those who had Yahoo Directory listings got way ahead in the Yahoo SERPs). Might or might not work today... will cost a recurring annual 300 US $.
Yahoo and bing both focus contents, and I will recommend posting more and more unique contents for bing and yahoo to get index and to get high listing..

I agree with Prasseo. Submit your website at Yahoo and Bing directories so you get your site indexed in their database. Afterwards you need to optimize your site by different SEO strategies (preferably White HAT) continuously until you see your page ranking increase and eventually reach page 1. However, it also depends on how much competition you have with the keywords you use.. the higher the competition, the harder it will be for you to get your site on page 1.
Check properly, whether your site is indexed in yahoo or bing, check status. Submit it again. It take some time.
you should have to submit your site on yahoo web master tool and in directories and wait for same days its will automatically index in these search engines
You can get indexed even without directory listings, but it certainly helps... I think they will rank you higher/appreciate your site more once you are in their directories. Bing Business Directory (in addition to Yahoo's - which I've mentioned earlier): http://www.bing.com/businessportal
