This is some suggestions for you :

    1. Paypal ( fast and good )
    2. Moneybookers ( same paypal )
    3. Alertpay ( same two bellow )
    4. Liberty Reserve ( good , can't refund , return , charge back , fast )
    5. ePassporte ( fast , some features hardly for using

Some more . But no rating for it

Well, its simple ! You just need a savings account in any of the Nationalized bank of India !

And then open a personal account in PayPal. People will pay you on PayPal and you can transfer your money from PayPal to your Bank account ! :)

I will say PayPal is the best ! So, go for it !

Why not create a premier account??
I think If he runs a business and use Paypal to receive payments, he had better use premier/business account

If you are thinking to open an account with paypal then you need a valid Credit card too for your paypal verification.

You will find a option "ADD BANK ACCOUNT" in your PayPal account.. There you can add your bank account !

And to verify you can't do it with your Debit card. You need a valid Credit card to do so !

I guess for Indian people, paypal is good enough since we have enough priviledges like direct withdrawal to the bank account. The only thing is we need a real credit card issued by a bank itself to verify our paypal account

It is ok but you'll be facing some limited use of your paypal account such as limited amount of withdraw.
