How can I send money with limited account?

Some moron from DP who I sold my PPC campaign to decided he doesn't want it anymore (he didn't realize before buying the campaign that he is not competent enough to run it and is expecting me to hold his hand do everything for him which wasn't part the transaction) and is now asking for the money back. He opened a charge back in paypal and put my account on limited access.

Long story short, he is causing a lot of pain since I can't send or receive money money. He literally put my business on hold. I sent my response to paypal and I'm waiting for them resolve the case.

Meanwhile I need to send money to someone through paypal but I can't. What can I do?

Also, when I go into the resolution center, paypal asks me to update my business information. I already provided my business information but I still see the "Resolve" button. What else do they need?

If they guy has opened a charge back upon you, then provide all the information to paypal, but if are willing to pay him back, then simply leave it as it is, paypal will ask you to provide documents for the deal, you just remain calm, and paypal wil take the required charged back amount from your account and will refund him.

Regarding your business information paypal is always painful in such cases, i have been passed from scun a condition once, but got my account back in very few days, because i used to call paypal round the clock. And at last they solved my problem.

Now if there is resolve option in the resolution center then just click over it and provide them all the information you have. They keep asking such bloody questions all the time.

I must add that paypal=painpal. but its too difficult to leave it otherwise i wiould kick it out of my life....

Fastest way is to pay them back and move on. Paypal will hold accounts untill resolved

give what they want and wait until they remove the limitations
make a phone call is the best way to remove the limitations for fast

    Thanks guys.

It's damn hard to follow Paypal system. You don't know what they are asking and what they want.

So, I attached all the notes (email conversation between me and the buyer, original business transactions and everything). So waiting to see what they do.

Right now this is what it says in the status..

Does this mean, they are going to review the stuff I sent them and determine If I'm right or the buyer?

Also, do you know approximately how long does it take to resolve charge back disputes?

If you have shipping documents and invoices, it would help your case. Sadly, emails can be forged.

It can take a matter of hours to weeks to get the case resolve. Of course, you can opt to refund the customer and this case would resolve itself. Then after which, you would have access to your account.

sorry to hear about this.... but there is nothing you can do right now unless paypal remove the limits from you... and to remove the limits quickly you need to contant paypal by phone and then fax your govt. photo ID proof like passport or driver lic. and a copy of credit card statement or phone bill or electricity bil and they will remove the limits from your account within 2 days... do not upload from the paypal account because it take longer time for them to review the doc. that are uploaded from rsolve center... so its bettre to fax the doc to them...

oh and i get the same offer but i refuse to sell my acc. since selling acc's are illegal....but also i was feeling like the person was not good.... i think i still have his PM's saved somewhere in DP inbox....:D

This is really strange. When I go to my paypal account I get this.

At the same time, I have a dispute case open from a buyer.

When I try to put the case ID PP-463-960-275 to get the details, it says the case Id not found.

Also its asking to update the my business information which i already did. When I go to the resolution center, click the resolve button where it asking for my business information, it takes to the page where I already filled my information (i don't have a registered business So i just put my home address and number). On that page I get two options edit or cancel. Nothing to update. So why they haven't removed that. What else do they want?

You need a registered business or an incorporated company in order to sign up for a Paypal Business account. The Premier account is there for people who do not have a registered business.
