as question i want top send a lot of emails (120 000 emails or more) to people not spam but publicity so i want an soft or serious strategy thnks to all

 

I think there is no software for that. The messages you send are limited to I guess 2000/day

I would use a third party service to do this. Your ISP is not going to like you if you mess it up.

 

All public email systems use many systems to prevent mass mailings, because otherwise it would be way too easy for spammers. You will need to use a specialized service such as Aweber or MailChimp.

You should use mailchimp.com or sendgrid.net to send builk email.

 

You really need a specialist company to send this amount of emails. But you'll need to prove to them that they are all opt-in email addresses. These companies work hard to stop spam, so they aren't going to send to 120,000 email addresses you just gave them.

Where did you get these email addresses from? You say it's not spam, but I'm wondering how someone gets so many email addresses if they don't already have a system in place to collect and send them.

I think your problem is going to be that no-one will trust these email addresses unless you can prove they are legit.

I have never sent anywhere near this many emails, so have no idea of what companies would send them. Try searching Google for... send bulk email, or something similar. I'm sure you'll find some companies.

You can't send more than few 10's of emails thro most used email messaging. Use Mail chimp which is the best. Hire a freelancer for bulk emailing at upwork, elance or freelancer.com

 

There are limit to send emails from gmail or yahoo or any other software.

 

You cannot send 120K emails from your gmail or Hotmail account. If you will try to do so, your account will be suspended.
A better solution is to use an email marketing service like Aweber.

Although the thought of sending mass email through public email handlers is a good one but they won't allow you to do so and DO NOT believe anyone telling you otherwise. To send mass emails you need special servers, but to make it as cheap as possible (for 120,000 emails) you gotta use services like Mailchimp. But for that many emails you have to pay my friend and you have to pay good or you can divide them into categories and update the lists every once in a while with some new ones.
