    You will get a better response if you ask specific questions rather than asking for, what seems like, an in depth tutorial about the subject as a whole.
    What have you already tried etc?
    Sorry but it really annoys me when people dont seem to have even tried to do something then expect it handed on a plate.

    You can ask buyers to pay via MoneyBookers. If you're listing an auction on ebay, you can mention that you accept moneybookers.

    Get a mearchant account

    you can link to the payment from your site and people pay in moneybookers site (safe for them) by credit card or bank transfer or using their moneybookers account if they have one
