How can I sell twitter followers?

    I have a Question thats been burning me for some time.
    I would like to start a twitter/facebook follower selling service. So I would like to know how do these other companies do it? Where do they get the followers?

    I mean a service that gets people to follow you. Like a company may want Targeted Followers, and thats where I come in.
