How can I sell this?

    Hi:

    I've got a new e-book:
    http://www.foreclosure-surplus.com

Can I make money on this?
    If so, how?

I'm good at programming & (I think, you tell me) writing copy.
I know Web design *real* well.

If Google AdWords, how can I find 'profitable' ad words. I tried 'foreclosure' and lost $200.00 in about an hour and a half.
So far, 50 clicks an 0 ZERO conversions.

How can I sell this e-book?

    Try ClickBank or Click2Sell.

Try going into blogs that are targeted to your niche and buy ads on those sites? Or even just leaving relevant comments on those blogs if you have blown your advertising budget with adwords.

Sell via Clickbank. The best part about this is that you're able to have other people sell for you at a commission-based rate. Instead of relying on just your own marketing skills, you're going to have the thousands of Clickbank advertisers working for you and getting your product out there. There's a $50 cost to put up your product, but once you're over that hurdle you should be good to go. Also make note that your sales letter should be absolutely convincing.
