I've never heard about it,you need to push the domain to the new owner.
I'm not sure if there's this feature in your registrar,I recommend you do register your domains on godaddy.com or namecheap.com ,just a suggestion.
    You can sell it here.

Where did you buy the domain name from ? The website you bought it from should have a control panel which would should allow you to unlock the domain name and obtain a EPP Code if you need to move it to another registrar. It should come with a feature which allows you to change ownership by pushing it to someone else.

From your whois, it appears that your domain name is registered at OnlineNic.com or one of their reseller. It is hard to tell from the Whois. If you register the domain name at a non-mainstream domain name registrar or through your web host, it makes it relatively harder to transfer your domain name.

No need for that. If you can find a buyer, you just push the domain into his account after collecting payment or the buyer can make a transfer request from his registrar.
As Richie-Ni pointed out, there is a board right here on this forum for domain sales. Post your domain there and see if there is any interest.

Find out from who you bought the domain name as to how you can push the domain name over to another party.
